Having worked with Louis for more than 10 years, as a former Deputy Vice-Chancellor and a as research programmer leader, I value Louis's precision and efficiency in achieving excellent results from the outset, reflecting his thorough planning and execution skills. I was the Vice Chancellor and Principal of the University of Pretoria, South Africa, since 14 January 2019 for over four and half years. Louis Cloete produced the highest quality products for me to communicate with internal and external stakeholders. Through innovative use of digital technologies including video conferencing, he produced live and recorded messages and productions, speeches, events, seminars and conferences. He excelled during Covid-19 pandemic, by creating a studio that was almost a virtual television channel.
